Payment Terms & Conditions:
This purchase is for the 12-week Feed The Peds course. You are purchasing access to THIS COHORT (May 2025) only; any requests to join a future cohort will incur an additional fee of $500.

If you choose the One-time Payment option, you will pay the full enrollment fee of $1997 at the time of purchase. Following checkout you will be paid in full.

If you choose the 3 Monthly Payments option, you are purchasing a 3-month payment plan and by checking out, you agree to pay all 3 payments in full. At the time of purchase, you will have paid 1/3 of your course fee with 2 remaining monthly payments due. You agree to make the first payment of $749 today, at checkout, followed by 2 remaining payments of $749 per month. The course will be paid in full once all 3 payments are complete.

If you choose the 6 Monthly Payments option, you are purchasing a 6-month payment plan and by checking out, you agree to pay all 6 payments in full. At the time of purchase, you will have paid 1/6 of your course fee with 5 remaining monthly payments due. You agree to make the first payment of $417 today, at checkout, followed by 5 remaining payments of $417 per month. The course will be paid in full once all 6 payments are complete.

In a payment plan, if you choose to pay off your remaining balance early, you will be eligible for a discount. However, this discount will not be equivalent to the one-time payment price. Instead, your total payment will be adjusted as follows: if you choose a 6-month plan and decide to pay off early, your total payment will be adjusted to $2,247, if you choose a 3-month plan and decide to pay off early, your total payment will be adjusted to $2,127.

If you choose to upgrade to the 1:1 Mentorship and select that option at checkout, an additional $600 fee will be added to today's total and charged/paid in full at the time of checkout. We do not offer payment plans for this mentorship package. Contact us by Module 6 to schedule your first call. 

Payments will appear on your credit card under Elevation Movement, LLC.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Refunds requested by a participant prior to the start of the course (on or before May 8, 2025) will be refunded less the credit card fees and a $75 administrative fee. After the start of the course we offer a *conditional* refund/cancellation policy *only* that expires June 7, 2025. If you feel that Feed the Peds isn’t providing the education you were promised, provide proof of completing all the trainings and assigned work within the first 30-days of the course and I’ll refund your purchase! This request must be made prior to the 30th day of the course (June 7, 2025) and the conditions described here must be met.

NOTE: If assessment and treatment of pediatric feeding disorders is NOT in your scope of practice/covered under your licensure, you will be refunded less credit card fees and a $150 processing fee.
