Cheryl Pelletier M.S., CCC-SLP, CLC has been an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist since 1987. She is the founder of Gnosh, Inc feeding-swallowing private practice. Over the last 21 years she has worked with infants and children in home-based and outpatient clinic settings using sensory oral-motor based therapy, co-treating with registered dietitians, PTs and OTs. She has presented at numerous staff education events in Southeastern Massachusetts and at ASHA annual convention. Child-centered "Kitchen Strategies" have been the cornerstone of her feeding-swallowing therapy practice. Food-based oral-sensory motor approaches, cooking experiences and food texture expansion are the foundations of this presentation.
