If you choose the One-time Payment option, you will pay the full enrollment fee of $3,497 at the time of purchase. Following checkout you will be paid in full.
If you choose the 3 Monthly Payments option, you are purchasing a 3-month payment plan and by checking out, you agree to pay all 3 payments in full. You agree to make the first payment of $1,233 today, at checkout, followed by 2 remaining payments of $1,233 per payment. The course will be paid in full once all 3 payments are complete.
If you choose the 6 Monthly Payments option, you are purchasing a 6-month payment plan and by checking out, you agree to pay all 6 payments in full. Refund/Cancellation Policy:
There are no refunds for any materials already provided. The full program is available (and the manual is completely downloadable) upon purchase. Therefore, no cancellation policy applies and no refunds will be given.
NOTE: If assessment and treatment of Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders (OMDs) are NOT in your scope of practice/covered under your licensure, you will be refunded less credit card fees and a $150 processing fee.
